Surfacing

Lay the landscape grass on the ground according to the original specifications, with a 3~8mm lap between the turf.

Cut the overlapped landscape grass flush with a landscape grasscutter. Joints should be no larger than 3mm.

Lay the lap cloth under the cutting area and brush the jointing glue on the bonding surface with the glue applicator, and tap firmly after finger touch drying.

Specific installation process.

Glue application: It is required to use the glue applicator to apply an even thickness on the surface, and not to apply glue repeatedly, otherwise the phenomenon of blistering will occur, or even fall. Underclothes using a glue applicator, strictly control the thickness of the glue and pay attention to the speed of glue application to be appropriate, glue application should be applied to the two bonded surfaces respectively.

Gluing and: according to the actual influence of temperature, humidity, air pressure, and other conditions at that time, reasonable control of the drying time. Generally, within 10-30 minutes after the application of glue, the glue paste reaches 80% or 90% dry to the hand touch and is not sticky. The bonding requires a one-time alignment to stick firmly, not stick, and later move back and forth the landscape grass to be bonded.

Pressure: After bonding, clear its surface debris, use a special rubber hammer from the bonding place to both sides of the hammer, so that its surface fully contact dense, bonding more firmly.

Curing: Its curing time is generally three days, and the test final strength is generally ten days. During the curing period, attention should be paid to maintaining the landscape grass, avoiding exposure to sunlight, water, and movement has reached the best state of bonding.

After bonding, before spreading quartz sand and rubber granules, you need to use imported cleaners to clean the pieces of landscape grass cut from the site.
