Lvbao has a standardized workshop of 30,000 square meters, which includes more than 200 employees, 11 sets of yarn turfing machines, 2 sets of back coating production lines (1 set of 4 meters wide,1 set of 5 meters wide), 1 set of PU coating production equipment,7 sets of grass yarn production lines, with an annual capacity of 9 million square meters of artificial turf and 6,000 tons of artificial grass yarn.

At present, Lvbao has obtained a number of utility model patent certificates, and has been approved by IS09001, ISO14001, ISO45001 quality and environmental management system, SGS factory inspection, BSCI factory inspection, Chinese environmental labeling products (ten ring) certification, NSCC, CE certification. The products has passed SGS flame retardant performance, REACH, ROHS, FIFA Lisport XL wear resistance of 80,000 cycles and antibacterial performance tests. Lvbao products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions in Europe, America, Middle East, Middle Asia, Southeast Asia etc.
