Technical preparation

First of all, we should make technical preparation, make "three passes a level" and familiar with the drawings first, check and accept the foundation installation quality, laying site should be clean, and the surface should be dry, and smooth, with no debris, no wax stains, grease, the minimum installation temperature should be maintained at 10 ℃ or more. Use latitude and longitude meters or other instruments to measure whether the surrounding facilities are in line with the dimensions of the sports field, if there is any unsuitable place should be modified immediately, tolerance error of ±5mm.

Secondly, before laying the landscape grass, we should check the quality of the turf together with the landscape grass production unit to check whether the material quality, density, and weaving process of the turf are qualified to meet the use requirements. The filling of quartz sand and rubber granules is the most important part of the installation process. The specification standard and quantity of filling are determined according to the height and density of the grass. It should be noted that special sand injection machines and grass brushing equipment must be used to fill the granules to ensure the flatness and uniformity of the field and to improve the sports performance of the field. Moreover, quartz sand and rubber granules must be completely dry material before installation, otherwise, the grass stems will be overwhelmed and affect the filling quality. The quartz sand should be filled in multiple layers, and each layer of filling needs to be brushed back and forth with a grass brushing machine to make the filling material fall and fill. Usually, a site should be paved back and forth more than 20 times.
