Color fastness
The color fastness of grass silk refers to the fading degree under the action of external factors in the process of use or processing, it is an important index to evaluate artificial turf.
The external factors include friction, sun exposure, and so on. If we give priority to colour fastness when choosing products, we can choose materials with better wear resistance. Compared with PE, PP is more resistant to wear. Without considering air temperature and other conditions, we can choose PE materials first.
The most important factor affecting the color fastness is the Anti-UV performance of the yarn. Most lawns are outdoors and exposed to the sun all the year round. Under the action of sun light, the grass will be will pulverize, the colour of will faded,which will affect the color fastness.
